YouthLink Inner City Peer Education Program:
for youth who have accessed our drop-in services
an opportunity to work at the Centre to develop specific life skills, learn about local community resources and services, build workshop development and facilitation skills and enhance their self-esteem

Employment Preparation:
help youth (16-24) return to school, upgrade their skills or find a job
10-week program four times a year that teaches practical skills in computer repair and literacy combined with an intensive focus on life skills
workshops on budgeting, food preparation and nutrition, legal aid, education, substance use and housing. During the program, participants receive three nutritious meals daily, prepared by other youth trainees
application and selection process to participate and are paid to complete the program
certificate of completion and may use the program as a reference for work or school
in 2009, 70% of graduates continued on to find employment, further their education or enroll in job training program
Housing Support:
Housing Access and Follow-up Support Workers help youth to find, secure and sustain housing by providing a broad range of support services
support in improving their income, employment status and educational status
introduce youth to services such as the Furniture Bank, set up bank accounts, obtain identification.

help for 15-24 youth experiencing their first episode psychosis
Community Support Program:
long-term case management to young people with serious mental illness
Youth Hostel Outreach Program :
support for young people with serious mental illness who use the shelter system.

typically stay for 2-3 semester while preparing to return to regular public school
