Service description:
  • Transitional and permanent shared housing
    • 24 hour support
    • 3 houses, total capacity 16
    • maximum stay in transitional housing is 9 months
    • also provides support services in one Toronto Community Housing Corporation apartment building
    • outreach program for homeless persons living with HIV/AIDS
    • volunteer opportunities
  • AIDS Bereavement Project of Ontario
    • training and consultation to AIDS service organizations
  • Ontario HIV and Substance Use Training Program (OHSUTP)
    • training and consultation to substance use/addiction service agencies in Ontario
