Information And Referral Services

We offer information on various community, government and social services in the Downtown Toronto community. We help people access services that would improve the quality of their lives. Please give us a call at 416-924-2543 or visit us at our office on the second floor of the Parliament Public Library. Internet Access
Free public access to the internet as well as basic training. Brought to you by the partners of ETIA (East Toronto Internet Access). They include Central Neighbourhood House, Dixon Hall and the Neighbourhood Information Post.
Interpretation and Translation

Our multilingual staff are able to interpret and translate for community residents who speak Bengali, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Hindi, Serbian-Croatian, Sinhalese, Spanish, Tamil, and Urdu.
Mail and Message Services

We receive phone messages and mail for those who need a contact phone number and address to stay in contact with family members, friends, and find employment and housing.
Settlement, Translation and Interpretation

We offer services to newcomers and immigrants who need support integrating into the community. We help them overcome the cultural and language barriers and increase their sense of independence.
